A tolerance question.

I've search a bit, but couldn't find an answer.

I'm 6'2, 165-170 (it fluxuates alot) and have smoked about 1/2 bowls of shake (hey, it got me high!) for the past week. I'm trying to lower my tolerance, but I was wondering if my tolerance is even that shot from just 1/2 bowl of shake for the past few days (And my tolerance was back to normal before that, stoped for a month).

Now if my tolerance is even that bad from that little, how long should I take off to get it back to normal. A week? Two? A month? I'd say my tolerance is average or below average.

If i should stop smoking for (let's say) a week.

Then after that week i would get stoneder from the same amount i used to smoke every day.

But then again, it is for every man (or woman) different.

It also depends on how much you smoke every day...

let's say, 2 gram, for 7 days... then you stop smoking weed or hasj for at least a couple of days, preferably 7.. then you take 1 gram of weed or hasj,, and you get stoneder then when you smoked that 2 gram a day the week before.

One spliff a day, keeps the doctor away.

i never really noticed any tolerance to weed. i always assumed it was just fake stoners trying to look hardcore cuz they "smoke so much a joint wont get them high anymore" even though i smoke way more than all those guys that claim they need more.


in grade 8 science we had a huge poster that told about all the drugs and what they do, and weed had a 2 out of 10 for tolerance. 10 being you build one fast. so i always stuck to that?
