Bongs = more weed used?

hey guys.. i love to bring out my bong but it seems that i end up smokin alot more than i would in my bowl.. after a couple bowls i can easily go thru 2-3 times more than i would smoke in my small pieces... granted if i stopped after the first bowl i would probably be as high as i would b with a couple bowls from the pipe but the session doesn't feel complete until i get a certain amount of hits.. which seems kind of stupid now thinkin about it
so ya.. do u guys end up smokin more with bongs? or do you take a couple big hits and that's it?

bong = 1 bowl in one hit. Pipes = 5-10 min session spread out so you get a more steady high, not a put nod-off high likes bongs sometimes give.

I like to hit poppers with my bong, (snappers, snaps) that way its all green and you get every bit of it... no waste.

with bongs, you don't have to pack a full bowl and rip through it.

you can take a snap, which is just enough for one hit's worth of pot. it'll milk the tube (and a little more if you want) and a couple of those are good.

you'll hvae to play with the amount a bit to find what you like, but it'll save mucho pot.

Scapris nailed it there. You don't necesarilly smoke more weed out of a bong, you just smoke it faster. You can smoke a bowl in 1-4 hits. A pipe or joint gives you 10-20 hits off the same amount of weed. Depends on what you're trying to do.

Some people seem to think that the longer a session lasts, the higher they get. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Bongs carry a larger smoke surface area and the chambers are bigger than small pieces. It delivers a greater load of smoke in a smaller amount of time. Think about this, does one get more drunk by funnelling a beer or drinking a beer?

Also, you can pack bowls for bongs that can be passed around for a while. I've packed bong bowls that've been passed 4 or 5 times amongst 3 people, so its not like you have to pack a snapper or a single hit either.

I find when you pack a full bowl and pass it around, only the first and sometimes second person gets a fresh hit, by the 3rd hit its all black and you're just smoking plant matter.

A bong has a much larger chamber size than a pipe, so more smoke is collected and inhaled at once than a pipe.

Like someone said, do you get drunker funelling a beer or sipping one? Same concept really.

Think of a bong as thje funnel and hose, and the pipe as a bottle of beer.

I like using both myslf. Pipes mostly, but sometimes big bong rips are needed.

BS. just becasue its black on top dosent mean its gone. Thc is in every vein of that weed not just the top. it aint gone unless its sucked thru or its a grey white powder. if you can put your finger in the bowl and theirs still denseness than theirs still another hit to be taken.
