Yes you can re use the trimmings from the Cold Water wash just allow them to dry and proceed with the QWISO technique.

Some times you may have trichs stuck to the filter so just scrape off later, but the majority will be dissolved into the alcohol and will be re-solidified when the alcohol evaporates.
