Great enjoy your QWISO.

Yes I prefer to use dried and cured trimmings only. It improves taste and texture, especially in QWISO.

1st try
made my 1st batch the other night using half stems and leaves, and the other half some dank buds. All in all it was probly about a quarter of skuf.
So i followed the directions and all went well, except the scraping part. My batch looked much more like oil on the plate than the one in the tut (after evaporation of course). I had to let the plate sit in the freezer for 10 minutes before i could scrape it, and then when it warmed back up it was black goo again. Needless to say i couldn't press it at all, it just got all over my hands, so i rolled it in some broken up bud just to handle it. my room is on average 85f, could the warmth have anything to do with the final consistency? or could it have been a mess up in the process on my part? thanks for showing me a way to use all the scrap i normally throw out |
