Coming Down

ight so me and my friend smoked some dank shit last night like 2 bowls...got decently high and we were chillen with a whole bunch of people and had a good time...but then i came down and was spaced out and unemotive bur a little irratable

how do i not come down as bad and be just normal after im down being high

thats not true i smoke plenty and sometimes if its a really gnarly strain i smoke a lot of, ill have this strange sort of come down feeling
i mean all it is, is i start feeling intensely fatigued and kinda crappy, but its a comedown nonetheless. when i smoke mersh this never happens. the high just sort of lifts which is why i smoke mersh before i head to work. its not the same for everyone though obviously

Truth is.. if you smoke a lot and get really high usually the burned out feeling will hit you really hard.

Way to avoid falling asleep is smoking in moderation. 1 bong hit and being content with the high vs. 5 bong hits and passing out.

I never really get irritable because i keep smoking untill i go to sleep no matter what then pass out, sleep for 14hours, wake up nice and refreshed

What you want to do is drink something with eloctrolytes and vitamins, rehydrate yourself and you won't feel like utter shit.

Gatorade does work well but i find that the massive amounts of sugar to be just a little too much for me. May I recommend looking for some Hydration tablets? Great things, just pop one tablet into a cup of water and you have instant hydration.
