California I'd say, you can get a medical card for pretty much anything and then pretty much nobody but the DEA is going to fuck with you. It's almost like de facto legalization.

Supposedly this November there is going to be a ballot initiative in California to legalize. Get out the vote!

Technically its legal in Alaska because of Home Privacy and I believe they let u grow 3 plants or have 1 oz or something like that. But Seattle, Washington would be tight as well smoking that SuperSonic Dieseal.

Colorado. It's legal medically here, and anything under an OZ is at worse $100 fine (it's also been passed into law that small amounts (under a oz) will be the lowest priority in Colorado cops. It's all well but nothing close to califirnia and their 'clubs'

Cali is most likely the best place other than Alaska.

and i live in ohio and ive seen dudes get caught with grass had to go to court and put on probabtion ive never seen or heard of someone getting caought with 100 g or less and just get a ticket and there is a shit ton of cops in ohio if your looking for the place with the best marijuana laws it is deffinetely not ohio
