How did you get caught?

ive only been arrested for weed once. i was driving towards oklahoma because theres a store in the middle of the woods that sells beer to anyone with money right. well im halfway there and im going like 75 in a 55 and i see a cop just parked on the side of the road kinda hidden by the end of a bridge and i swerve so he pulls out and follows me for awhile. well i bust over the state line for about 20 minutes and decide he's gone and i cut back to go to the store and FUCK HES STILL THERE!!!! we'd been smoking bowls in the car and i had two ounces bagged up in the trunk. the cop said he pulled me over cuz i was acting like i might be drunk but after i proved to him i was sober he was about to let us go even though the car smelled like bud and he found two roaches in the ash tray. then this 15 year old with us starts yelling that he wants his aunt there and freaking out so the cop searches him and tells him to take off his shoe. he finds the guys pipe and searches my car and BAM.

i had a cop in oregon once pull me over for goin 45 (through a shit hole town population of like 100) in a 25... he gets my lices,ins,and regis, goes to his car fils out the ticket, comes back and says- "it smells like weed in here" all i said was "theres none left" he chuckled, and said "ill take that at face value" handed me my ticket and told me not to speed through little towns they're speed traps for local PD.

when in reality i had a half O, a roor, and was onmy way to a consert in portland

seems like the best way to stay out of trouble would be to try to avoid having it in the car, and if you do then smaller quantities. Ive had one close call smoking on a hill overlooking a pool. It was windy and i spark the lighter maybe 6 times all the sudden a flashlight on back and a voice yells "what are you doing?" im praying its a dog walker or a stoner that just wants to join us. Of course its the men in blue.

I still have the bowl and lighter in my hands, im retarded, so im my gf. I took the bowl and shoved them under my legs. The cop came over and started asking tons of questions. I was so shocked that the only one i responded to was when he asked for my licence, which i did not have w me at the time. He starts walking around us shining the flashlight everywhere, then just sais stay out of trouble and leaves. He searches my gf's car in the lot, he did not go inside just looked around through the windows.

When he drove away I thought for sure he was fucking w us and he was just hiding and waiting to see what we would do, or that more cops would come. Absolutly terrifying. The entire time i was just thinking of how i was going to beg him to not take me to jail...

didnt really hit me what just happened untill 20 min later, then it was OMG, OMGGGG!!! OMFG!!

had many MANY close calls with my parents when i lived at home as well.

My mom tells me shes going to work and wont return for 8 hours. She leaves so i roll a blunt, put on my ipod and go onto my dack. This btw is a deck smaller than a single matress, very small deck. Anyways im tanning and ripping this blunt. All the sudden i feel a breeze on my back, I turn around and my mom is standing 2 feet away and sais, what are yousmoking?

Shes found my peices before, and smashed one of them, the other one i smashed a vase and gave her the glass bits and told her i broke it myself, haha that bubbler is still w me today.

Anyway so i tell her, nooo no mom its a cigar! She asks, are you sure? I say yes, and she goes back inside, so im sitting there thinking. Do i finish it, or ditch it before i get in trouble. I figured it would be weirder if i tossed it, so i just smoked it, while my mom was in the kitchen right next to the deck, i come inside have a nice convo about somthing i cant remember and she left.

Now she thinks the smell of pot is cigar smell, i smoked in the garage and she smelled it on my cloths, and she asks me if i was smoking cigars, haha!

we were drinking at this apartment complex a friend of a friend's lived at... and my friend knew the door was left unlocked at night. so we were getting trashed in the sauna, and left to go get more beer and donuts, and then we came back... and that's where we made our mistake. (I was 16 at the time)
I was charged with trespassing, M.I.P., and pharaphernillia. luckily, I was young so I got off pretty easily. but still... I never want to get caught again. fucking bullshit.

i didnt get caught in my story, just putting that out there.

so i was at home vaporizing and playing some 360 when my friend calls me up and asks if i want to hang out. i head over to his house with an 1/8 and my small spoon. now my car is a little customized(super gang/dealer looking) and the cops have nothing better to do then f with me, so i have my weed in a glass jar, and my spoon hidden under the center console. if they ever searched they would never find my stash.

so i pick up my buddy and drive off. at the lights i see a sherriff. my windows are tinted, and i never roll them down. i know he sees me but its not likely for him to bust out an illegal u turn to get me with a $10 fine for tint, so i dont give him much thought.

i hop on the freeway, and keep in mind im a paranoid guy. i am looking in my rear view mirror all the time! this night i see a cops head light coming up on me, and fast!

i slow down to the speed limit, they stay behind me for a couple of miles, then bust a move around me, only to brake and pull up behind me...they flash those light and im pulled over. he asks me if i know why he pulled me over... im still really high from the vapping only 30 minutes ago...and i tell him in my most sober voice, " if i had to guess, id say the tint" well that is the reason he says. and he asks me for my liscence...well i dont have it, i forgot it at home, i only had my insurance and reg. he asks my name and birthday. i give it to him, and then throws me a curve ball...he asks me the date again. curve ball for me anyways, i thought he ment that particular day, not my bd, and i was wtf how can i know such things?? i gave him the rest of my info, and he leaves, he comes back gives me a verbal warning stating something like," the next guy that pulls you over might not be such a sweet faced kid like me" i laughed a bit, and drove off, into the night feeling like a champion.

on another note, getting back onto the freeway is almost impossible at night, high.

Been smoking for years and years and never been caught by anyone. Well, freshman year of college my roommate and I had a knock on the door while chongin out in our room and it was our RA but he was cool as hell and just asked for a rip which we gave him. We lucked out there.

As a younger teen. If we were smoking it be out in the woods. even though it was right next to my middle school.
We'd just run out of one of the cuts ((exits)).

She drives us home and my parents are pissed and stuff, but she didn't say a WORD about the pot. It's as if I never had it.

Yeah, probably the luckiest moment of my life. I guess she didn't want to ruin my life for weed.

Never been caught by the cops, haven't even had any close calls. The only people to have caught me are my parents, and even then they never found my stuff or caught me high, they just found out from a drug test.

what happened was that over the summer i was in nantucket (a small island off of mass) and me my bro and 4 of my friends drove out to this beach that was 3 miles from anywhere so we thought it was fine. it was about 11 pm and we smoked a blunt but we kept the lights in the car on and within 10 minutes after starting the blunt i see 2 ATV lights and 2 cops were at our windows. we put down the windows and smoke pours out of the car, so the cops knew what was up. they asked what was all the smoke from and my brother said it was from cigarettes and the cop on my side (i was sitting in the passenger seat) said "it smells like weed in here" and me being stoned answered "ahhhh no it doesnt" he proceeded to day " yes it does" and i reply" ok maybe just a little but" lol. after that they make all of us sit on the sand as they searched the car. they found my bubbler, the blunt, a quarter of weed, papers, and a scale. they were fairly nice but the whole situation sucked. in the end they said that i had to go to court and they would send it to me in the mail.
they didnt send the court date and this happened 4 months ago.
