It's the first time I have EVER gotten caught by my mom.

It's amazing how guilty parents can make you feel when you haven't done anything wrong.

I love cannabis as much as anybody, but you did break the law, your parents probably aren't too happy about that.

At least you only got caught by your parents man. It sucks getting caught but look at the bright side, you are not in jail.

Well as much as you might enjoy smoking and everything, your family is always going to be there for you. If I were you, I'd tie things up with my parents before i smoke again. Then after you make sure things are cool, sort of try to get your parents to understand that you're not hurting yourself. Just my opinion, but it would make living at your parent's home a whole lot more pleasant, I believe.

ya the first time i got caught, they made me feel bad.
but come to find out, your parents probably toked back in the day.

i got caught again, recently, and this time he was even more chill.
because im a college student now

they are probably just worried about you getting busted by the police.
that was my dads worries.

I would bet money both of your parents smoked, but like others said, are just concerned what could happen to you if you get caught.

I'm gonna bet they never have. They were born and raised in south africa and both of them went to private schools (my dad went to an all boys school) and they're really uptight people, but happen to be politically liberal. I think my mom needs a little ganj to level her out cause she freaks everybody out when she always talks to herself.

alright, i know most parents toked. I mean half of them were prime in the 60's and 70's. I know my rents toked but they deff dropped that habbit. Now i think im the only in the family

Yea, if your parents are 53-65 I've seen statistics that put like 80% of people in that age bracket as having used marijuana at least once in there life... and a good portion of those were daily smoking hippies.

Interesting, both my parents fit perfectly in that age bracket. Now that you mention it, I do remember my grandma mentioning something about it when she came to our house a few years back.

Ya, my parents are in that bracket and I know for a fact they were both big stoners. They even grew back in the day.

Thankfully I've never been "caught" by my parents. But I'm sure if I did, I could just explain to them that I'm not hurting myself and that I'm responsible enough to be safe. They just don't want you to do something stupid and have it mess up your life.

Remember, marijuana is just a plant. Family is everything.

When I catch my son someday smoking weed (no I currently don't have a son right now).... anyways when I catch him one day smoking weed, I'm gonna get angry and have a stern, open minded, honest, non hypocritical and real talk about the mary jane with its pro's and con's. i'm gonna give him appropriate punishment, not too harsh.....

... and then im gonna smoke a bowl with him.

Why would you get angry and be stern?
