Is a Hammer a Bubbler?

Is a hammer piece a bubbler as well or is it sometimes a bubbler or what's the deal. It looks like it should be a bubbler and I used a bubbler someone called a hammer so I'm just not sure.

Hammer is the shape. A bubbler is a special kind of pipe that comes in hammer shape, side car shape, and sherlock shape. So a hammer can be a bubbler and a bubbler can be a hammer.

Yes a bubbler is any hand held pipe that filters the smoke through water like a bong. So, yep that hammer is a bubbler.

Bubblers have a place for water, and other pipes dont.
A hammer can be a bubbler or just a regular dry pipe.
And, you dont need water in a bubbler to use it, but its better that way
