I use any color but white bics. My favorite is orange.

I love how all smokers bics have ash and shit on one of the bottom corners from packing down bowls with it.

cool story, i needed some more lighters so i went to walgreens to check the BIC selection, found a 6 pack for like 5 bucks or something, then went to the register to pay, and when the guy scanned it the screen said 2.50 and i was like, ummmm well ok. so i got 6 bics for $2.50.

I use green or blue, been using a darker blue one lately.

Tall red bics is what I always grab, thats if I cant find my zippo of course. I got a brass zippo for $89.00 once and it has lastd me for years. Bics or crickets are good tho. I got baked and pulled apart every bic that was in the room once. Now every time me and the boys have a session they all get all protective of there bics. lol good times.

hey heres a quick bic joke. A man walks into a bar and see's a depressed man with a giant bic lighter. So he goes up to him and says , "hey nice bic were'd you get it ?" and the man replies "this magical genie sitting next to me gave it to me. and so the man replies "well can I have a shot then ? and so he walks up to the genie and goes "i'd like a million bucks thanks" not expecting to get anything. but sure enough a million "ducks" fly into the bar. Bics are by far the best "disposiable" lighter. I mark mine with a knife when new, I slash it several times so that when other people handle it they KNOW it ain't theirs. You can wash them with the laundry, drop 'em in a lake(they float), leave 'em in the car in 110+ degree heat; they are nearly indistructable. They will strike the first time for their entire life, even after all the fluid is gone you can keep it as an emergency lighter and it will be good for a few more hits. I'll take the Steve McQueen/Four Rooms challenge anyday with a Bic.

If I'm fortunate enough to hang on to one for its' lifetime I can't ever bare to just throw it away. I have a drawer in the kitchen; it's a BIC graveyard, where loyal servants of fire go to be remembered.

For years they were all made in France along with Bic pens--which are pretty good too, BTW--. Recently I have seen "made in the USA" on some of the miniBics. These are sad times. I predict Bic to go the way of the Nissian Altima: a dependable, profitable, piece of engineering perfection turned into a load of garbage by "American (lack of) Craftmanship".

hehe I love that new bic smell...........even though it doesnt have one lol. I trust my bic so much I get toothpics, poke marsmallows threw it then roast em with my bic. My mates say that the butane fumes could give me cancer and I say......no my dear old bic wouldnt do that to me would ya biccy, no your a good little bic, ohh who's a good bic, your the good bic.....

!!!!! your so right !!! me and my mates were taking it in turns doing the washing and just as i pressed the button to wash I heard a rattling sound. So I pulled out everyones pants and in my best mates was a white bic lighter. Currently I am buying 3 packs now you know the bics that dont have the little sticker on the front ??? there awesome ! one day when i have kids i wont need a babysitter. I have my bic.... I threw out all my old bics and bought three new 3 packs. I have 2 oranges 2 blacks a white and a red. My reds my favourite. Idont trust the white one. I always take the barcode and the safety band off straight away when I buy em. Did you know bic make razors, lighters, pens, and underwear !!!! I want to be the bic sponsor guy !!!! go the red bics all the way and stuff you minibics. I have big hands so I am constantly dropping my minibics and there harder to light. And my mates have a habbit of putting them in my water chamber of my bong every time I need a piss........................ Boobs, beer, bongs and bics.

Yeah I've been using Bics since I started... the only way to go if you ask me. I've got a new black one now, which is what I usually get but once in a while I'll get blue, green or orange. Always with the safety and sticker off.

Has anyone tried those newer electronic Bics yet where you just push the button to get a flame? I haven't been able to find them.
