howd you get caught by the folks ?

im sure most of us have gotten caught smokin by our parents or our parents founded out we smoked. Pretty much everytime i got caught by my parents growing up it was cause of stupidity on my part, but everytime i got caught i looked at is as learning a new way to not get caught, i think it would be cool for the people who havent gotten caught to see how the rest of us has so they dont make the same mistakes.

Heres how i got caught a few times:


Came home after hotboxing in a friends truck and set my hat on the table, next morning mom said my hat smelled like weed.

Smoking in my room by the window before school, parents would usually walk in to see if i was ready for school and theyd catch me red handed.

Smoking in a alley behind the baseball field at school, luckily the vice principal didn punish us she just told walked us into class, proally one of the most nervous days of school i ever had

talkin about it in the back of glass , teacher overheard and told the principal who told my parents.

parents found weed in my desk in my room (1st time ever gettin caught, from then on i hid my weed alot better)

my dad was pretty nosey when I was in highschool. he was routing through me belongings, looking for "something" that looked like the (camera) bag I stashed my stuff in. I gave them the tried it once schpeel and they bought it. after we moved after graduation, they pretty much knew Ismoked I still hide the cigar box but they know..they just dont wanna "know"...you on the other hand my friend, need to be less conspicuous lol

I had been smoking for 5 years before my parent knew.. I had been out of their house for over three.

I never had MJ in their house and never smoked it around the house.. I guess that was the reason I never got caught..

haha , yeah i got busted by my parents alot of times growing up.. but in the long run its helped my parents see first hand that weed isnt going to destroy my life, they havent came out and said they know i still blaze but sometimes i think they do cause my mom wiill make little comments about weed here and there to me.

My parents still don't know. They don't know that I drink. I usually get fairly good grades. (2 As, 2 Bs and a D last semester) They suspect my friends as potheads (and many are), but they don't have any proof. I try not to be conspicuous at all. I've learned how to hide things from them and make sure never to smell like pot when coming home.

One time I sold my friend a 20 sack and he got caught smoking before school. He got the cops called on him and after he went throught all that stuff he told his mom that i sold him the weed and she called my dad. A couple months later i found him and gave him the asskicking he deserved.

I never got caught, really....my mom just had a sneaking suspicion for years....she finally found out for real that I smoked when my ex-boyfriend told her I quit. She didn't know for sure that I ever did until then. Now she knows for sure...I talk about it all the time She doesn't have a problem with it, as long as I don't do it in the house. But even when she catches me doing that, all she does is say "Goddammit Mary Kathryn, what did I tell you about smoking pot in the house!?"....and then that's it LOL...no punishment or anything..she just yells once and that's it. She does get annoyed if I start talking about weed too much, though...she changes the subject on me.

I used to go to a family therapist session every time my parents felt like they couldnt connect with me as a teenager. We switched therapists and the first thing this woman told my folks was to get me a drug test.
I couldnt blame her, she was just good at her job. She could just tell whenever a stoner walked into her office.

The more i think about it though it was painfully obvious. I dont know why my parents didnt find out sooner. THe music I listened to, the clothes a wore, the people I hung out with, they must have been in denile. Lol, great times.

was a while back.... 2nd time I got caught she just found a baggie with streams in it and I said it was a friends... she probably called the BS but didn't give me any shit. I play it much smarter now.

Here's a few of my catches..

Left my bong in the basement after getting really zooted. My dad found it the next day, called it a "water pipe." Said I was stupid for getting caught.

My mom found my bowl in my desk drawer.

My friends mom caught us smoking a fat J in her basement. Me and my friend hid udner the basement stairs hoping to escape undetected. She came around and found us hiding. Was very aqward. We got the hell out of there.

Was smoking a bowl in my friends room when his mom walked in (another friends)...

I think that's it. My parents know I smoke regularly. The cannabis computer desktop doesn't even really bother them...
