Should I still be worried..

So about an hour ago I was hittin' the old Volc when I heard knocking. Now by this time, I was 3 bags into a chamber of some chronic and pretty high, so it could be that. It could also be someone across the hall, next door, or on the floor above me, so there's also that.

My question is: Should I be worried it was my RA and he heard/suspected anything and is planning on searching the room tomorrow? Might sound crazy, but get my schedule, find out when I'll be gone and go through my shit. If he (or whoever it was) hasn't come back in an hour, should I be worried about anything at all?

Unfortunately, an RA DOES have the right to go through your belongings. Privacy and search laws usually apply to governmental bodies searching you - police, schools, government jobs. Any private non-state school (probably some state schools depending on their residential agreements) can probably go through your stuff.

However, you probably are being paranoid.

negative. thats illegal search and siezure. violating your 4th amendment rights. no one does. trust me.

and if you were to get in trouble because they found stuff that was put away. even if its in a bag or closet they opend, thats illegal and you can have charges dropped.

last year in college i would vape in the bathroom put a towl on the door outside the room and bathroom. turn the shower on get it steamy the vape never smelled that bad but my ra thought i took a lot of showers and asked why i was talking so much during the showers. Had some close calls but only after blunt runs one time a ra knocked on my door said they smelled weed i was like nope not in here (i had a bowl in my pocket) I was like hey were all leaving so we gotta go she would of searched next thing i know i walk out back and got out of there
