legal trouble from a hydro system
just as the title says, what kind of legal trouble can one get into just for having a hysroponics system in their home? i mean i am not currently growing mj, i have a ew bongs and a few pipes and shit. but i have a hydro system tucked away with my 400watt hps lamp, when this shit is not in use can i get in trouble for having it? i mean my hood has weed stickers on it.

Don't quote me on this, but I do not think that you can possibly get in trouble, because it can't be proven that you were growing marijuana in the system if there are no plants there, because in theory there is no physical proof; ie actualy plants, which is the thing that will get you in trouble, not the system, because people use hydropinics to grow indoor tomatoes and shit like that to eat, because its not only marijuana that benefits from hydroponic growing.

Many people get hydro with no intent to grow mj. It's a successful and fairly popular alternative to soil growing. I wouldn't worry about it at all. Just be discreet, watch what pictures you post, and don't tell anyone.

man that sucks that is the worst part about growing bud is trying to hide it from everybody, and then worrying about who you piss off and whatnot, that shit sucks, when I start growing again, I aint telling nobody.

If you think she will snitch, setup the hydro and grow tomatoes or cooking herbs. Then, if she does snitch, and you get raided, everyone will look bad and they won't come to your house again.

Great advice!! That's what I've done before - openly grown hydro herbs (Cilantro, parsley etc)
..the weed stickers on the hood are a great touch, enough to piss everyone off, not enough to get you arrested


Growing hydro under lights is LEGAL. There are forums out there that are all about doing it.
They post their pics of tomatoes and stuff and talk about ph and nutrients. It's actually quite funny.
