Actually, removing the filter doesn't really do that much. There was a big debate about it on bluelight, and after a few accounts we came to the conclusion it didn't make a difference, unless you're really hardcore about conserving weed, or if you have like really good stuff you want to use to it's full potential, but in either of those cases you shouldn't really be doing this at all.

the cotton filter 100% removes THC from the smoke. its a fact. the people on the bluelight forums are not scientists. its obvious that you should put a roach the size of the removed cotton filter in place of it, its the only way you will get maximum effects from the weed, otherwise, its just a waste.

i have tried it, i know as a fact that smoking it with the filter does next to nothing to me, plus most of the weed burns off because you cant drag as hard.

with the cardboard roach, its like smoking a fat ass joint, especially if packed like a cigarette is. and thats how i do it.

im telling you, it filters thc. thc is a sticky molecule, it sticks to glass as we all know, it sticks to your lungs, hands, skin, hair, and the list goes on. it gets stuck on the cotton when you inhale, as the tar and niccotine are supposed to in a cigarette.

on the other hand, if you ever have opium, you can put a line or smear of it all the way down a cigarette and smoke it. that works very very very well.

freaking has to due with black and milds. when you freak a black you take off the tip and rip out the glue then you take out the tobacco and take out the inner paper. then you but the backy in add the tip again and your good.

are you saying all thc is filtered? maybe a little bit is filtered but definitely not all of it

Yeah that's true, when my friend did it he forgot and I had to take the filter out after it was already burning. I always take the filter out of my cigs when I smoke them (stronger buzz) so I'm good at it, when my friends try to do it they always end up ripping it up or crumpling everything or leaving bits of filter in.

I do this a lot... never called it that term though.
You can get blank cigarettes (with a filter), and an cigarette "injector", which is a little contraption which fills the cigarette for you with whatever you choose.
It's nice because I can just smoke wherever the hell I want. The filter absorbs ~30% of the THC, last time I read, but it's easy to get around. I squeeze out the filter between in fingers to loosen it from the paper, then pull it out with my teeth. Then I make a roach out of an index card. The whole process with the cig injector/roach takes...1-2 minutes each, which is well worth the extra security IMO.
But yeah, definitely useful for parties when you don't want to share with everyone.

It's easier to do with a filtered cigarette imo because you can take the filter out and then you have this empty cavity you can use to squeeze the tobacco out. When I did it with filterless cigs it was annoying because I had to take the tobacco out of one end with a pair of tweazers to do it, or else I would've torn the paper. My technique might be wrong though, I dunno if there's a better way to remove the baccy.

Captain Crunch, a.k.a. John Draper, was famous for figuring out the Cap'n Crunch whistle given out with cereal boxes could sound a perfect 2600Hz tone. This tone was used to seize trunks on the old telephone system. He didn't whistle 'payphone tones'. And social engineering is a totally different topic, dude.
