Just found a few old prescriptions for Fentanyl laying around the house (they were not for me by the way, so I have no experience with these.) So I've got a few questions to ask. First a little background info though. Each patch contains 2.5 mg of Fentanyl and 0.1 ml alcohol USP. Also, they are designed to release 25 micrograms per hour.

1. It says it expired 10/04/03 so would it be harmfull to use these?
2. How many should I take, and how should I take them?
3. The instructions say to apply every 72 hours, so how long will the effects last?

fentanyl is 80x more powerful than morphiene

don't do it.

My boys do that shit once and a while when someone has it. They usually chew the patch in like 1/4s just chew it for a little while like 5 or 10 minutes then spit out the plastic and decide if you want more. I don't think its really that addictive it feels similar to high dose of Oxycontin.

EDIT: Also that part of the wiki paige has a source of some canadian article about fentanyl being sold as heroin and since fentanyl is much more potent people would obviously OD if they thought it was H. Also if its your first time you should maybe just start with a small corner and work your way up slowly.

How about instead of fear mongering, you provide him with some information that might actually HELP him?

I'm not well versed in knowledge about Fentanyl, but Erowid and a forum search for other topics about it might help you find more knowledge, and members of the city who have more info about it.

Fentanyl is veeeery dangerous, be careful with that shit. I don't know much about it, but just be careful and get your facts right before you use it.

I have two 100ug/h patches which i refuse to use purely because its so easy to od on, i would advise against using it because its a powerful pain killer, you wont feel hugely euphoric, you will feel tired and you wont feel pain. While its stronger then heroine and a lot stronger then morphine you dont get as good effects off it, the high is weaker its just active in lower doses

yeah i would just leave it alone we had to take my friend to the hospital because of oding on that shit its verry strong and very easy to od on

fuck what everyone else says, you don't have to do all of the patches, but definitely try one out. i'd say fentanyl is at least worth a gram a patch, more like $30. but try it out first, because if they expired and don't have an effect any more, someone will be mad pissed.
