should this kid get his money back?

A few months ago I sold an AK-cross sprout to a friend of a friend. Well i get a call today and apparently it turned out to be male...and now the kid wants his money back. its only a $40 problem.

but heres the thing, I never said that I was 100% sure that it would be fem. I got the seeds out of a nugget (about 3.5g's) from another friend over the summer, and after some research, i found out that the original AK-cross nugget had a few (less than 5) seeds in it because it was some type of "mutant/hermi" strain. I told the kid before he bought them that I got these seeds out of a bought nugget and I think that they'll probably be female. The kid who wants his money back thinks that they were clones due to some miscommunication between him and my friend.

so whats the deal guys? should I play nice or tell him to fuck off?

Well if you never said it was 100% female, then he isn't getting his money back. Be nice about it if you can.

It depends really, if it were me i would probably try to be nice about it and refund him at least $20 or something

is he still growing the plant??? or did he give up on the operation???is he gonna sell???or just keep the leaves for himself???

if he sells , hell make back his money no problem,,, and did YOU tell him personally that you werent 100% sure that it was or was not fem???
if yer friend fucked it up,,,then you should tell yer friend too listen better,,betch slap him, and then play nice with the other guy....word of mouth is stupid,,,try too deal face to face if you can.

If you never said you were 100% that it was going to produce a fem then theres nothing you can do. Let him down easy, and at the most smoke him up.

Then there is NO guarantee of a female...

Now had you said, "Wanna buy a clone? Its from an AK mother plant"

Then yeah.. He got ripped off though, clones only cost like $10 here...

i agree with the above, give him back 20

if you think about it, he gave you 40 dollars for a male plant, he could have got 10 seeds for 50.

would anyone else here like to pay 40 dollars for a clone, or seed that is a male?

i dont think your wrong for selling it or whatever, so dont get me wrong. i just think if he is reasonable and you are to, that 20$ would be good measure.

yea Im guessing that if anything, Id smoke him up some headies when they're done and toss him a few bucks.

no more than $20 though if it comes down to it.
