Hey guys, long time no see GC! I've been on an extended break but now back for a while and I decided to make a new purchase.

I've moved so I do not have my camera but, I've depicted a drawing of what the new PHX holes look like:

But I've seen many variations of these, some with slits, some with longer slits and longer domes, and few big holes along the bottom but I'm a VERY big fan of the new PHX design. I'm sorry about the crude sketch but it'll definitely work till I get a camera. I'd almost be tempted to say it rivals

My PHX is a triple perc with ice catcher and splash guard with a RooR diffuser. It's quite a nice hit, especially when combined with an extra RooR ash catcher.

nice man. i am purchasing a tube in a bit. gonna drop maybe 400 or so. lets see a milkshot or a shot of the whole tube. your setup sounds like it hits like a pro!

Don't think I could have anything more than one perc with an AC, waaayy too much drag.. Three, plus the chamber, plus the AC.. Jesus. Negligable amounts of THC are lost in a regular bong or one with an AC, I can imagine five chambers might actually have a small impact on the efficiency of the filter vs. the amount of THC lost, and not just in the water, but in and on the glass of the percs, AC, etc...

Sorry, I went off on a tanget, but it sounds pretty sweet looking.

how much did it run you? and how is the drag on the new design? i heard the old design had horrible drag issues with the dome percs

i actually have the new phx. it hits awesome... i also have a lux mini perc.. both are reallly good hits.. i do like the phx right now

Sorry but THC is not water soluble, it is fat soluble. In return no THC is loss when smoking through a bong. Just thought i'd throw that one out there.

THC is not completely insoluble in water- Negligible amounts of THC ARE lost when it enters water, most due to the extreme change in the temperature of the smoke, causing a pretty violent reaction. THC is INCREDIBLY soluble in fat, but negligible amounts, too small to have any effect on your high or make it a waste, are lost in water, especially cold water.
