THE WAY to tolerance break

Well I'm a week and a day into my tolerance break (shooting for 4 weeks), and I've been on fall break since last Friday. Before when I have stopped smoking or had to, the nights were the worst. My mind would be racing wishing i had bud to smoke, but I just had an awesome vacation and I was with my family the whole time so I couldn't smoke if I wanted to. Choosing to stop, knowing you'll be back in the near future, and substituting it for something (like a vacation) really take the edge off the first few days of sobriety.

Right now I have no craving for weed at all and I'm just looking forward to getting some stuff in my life settled such as school and family, as well as the low tolerance I will have when I come off my break. Plus I'm massing my funds together while I'm on break and I hope to get a Lux Mini if I can find one, if not it'll be some sort of Ph(X). I know Cumberland Glass in Ktown has them but I haven't been there since they got them in. Sorry for the ramble

im taking a break too bro! YOU NEVER NEED MARY JANE! lol

i craved it especially the first few days but i feel good now. i am definitely more productive now

I really wish I could do a real tolerance break... Iv been kinda doing it in pieces.

Not trying to bitch and moan, but it's been pretty difficult. Weed is the only thing I have found helpful treating my depression, anxiety, insomnia, lack of appetite, nausea, the list goes on... and I have been on so many different medications this year, and my body always reacts negatively, with side effects.

Normally I'm fine, I don't "crave" weed, but when I'm having anxiety/panic attacks, or am up for days, have absolutely no appetite and can't even keep food down... it's when I feel I really do NEED cannabis, not as a drug, but as a medication.

So as much as Id like to... say smoke just 1-2 times like on the weekend, keeping my tolerance down, I truely believe that cannabis is my medication, and in no way do I need to get high from it, I need it because its the only thing that helps, and IMO a high tolerance is good in that aspect, because I can smoke in the morning and afternoon, and go out high in public, but still functioning perfectly normal, actually better.

I did something similar when I took a break awhile back. It was only for a week, but it worked great. I was gonna be staying at a friends house for 4 days, so I just left my stash at my house so I'd have nothing to smoke. I was so distracted at my friends house that I hardly even thought of weed. Then when I got back, I only had 3 days to go, and the worst part of the break (the first 2-3 days) was already over.

Many of the symptoms you describe are because of cannabis withdrawal. Know yourself.

I do know myself, more than you. All these symptoms have been around before I even started smoking.
