smoking and usage

So I made this "double Bong" out of a small sprite bottle and a larger soda bottle the other day. My question is, whenever I hit it, it seems like a lot of smoke gets trapped in the smaller sprite "precooler". I was wondering if this is a bad thing, or a good thing, and if it is happening because the chamber on the sprite bottle is to big... The pic will help explain what I mean.

I have no experince with bongs, but is it me or does it look like the tubing from the spire to cola bottle is to close to the bottom of the cola bottle? Im not sure but many it is restricting some smoke? Or maybe try a longer tube in the mouth piece so that u can pull harder and closer to the source?

as far as the sprite bottle goes id put a little carb on it or try to rig up a slide system, thats why theres so much smoke in it, ive made 3 even 4 bottle things like this before, not bad for a quick homemade though

Nice catch, I was wondering if anybody would notice, hehe. Well, I dont have any money or a car to get lighters, and the white Bic was the only one I could find... :/

Looks nice... second best homeade I have ever seen, the best being my and a friends 4 footer. I have one like that now, only u use a slide melted into the side, and that way if there is smoke in one, you can take the cap off and clear it. I need to make a new one tho, mine leaks smoke.

it sure as hell wasn't a "quick homemade, it took me 4 days of bong making knowledge and 4 different "father bongs" and a trip to lowes to make. The duct tape is there because the surgical tubing would crink if bent, so I had to glue two pieces together at an angle..didnt fit exactly, so I used a whole bunch of duct tape. I ahev this thing about 100% airtight...that creation of there is probably around 98%.
