first macro attempt (dank) + piece collection

so this is my first attempt at macro shots...with a 1.2 megapixel camera phone.
i got all of this for $160american. pretty good homegrown, no strain name attached. trichome coverage is relatively good, but not 70 dollar headie status, well worth the price though.

first piece is the mini zong, got it for $40. has a 14.5mm slide, which means it can fit most slides from RooR, Illadelph, and other high quality glassware companies. also, the bend in the tube makes for a good ice catcher.

moving on, the next piece is a spoon purchased from 42° for $65. has some nice glasswork at the bowl end, as you can see, plus the glass is extremely thick, so it's not going anywhere.

piece #3 is a spoon i got for $70 about a year ago. it was cleaned recently so the colors don't show up as well as they would have with resin in the bowl. still, it's pretty thick and a nice pipe.

my last piece is a modded vapir one v4.0. took about a whole roll of electrical tape, but now it works almost on par with a volcano. if anyone's interested, i'll try to find the link to show how to mod the vaporizer to stop vapor leakage.

I didn't quite go as far as the OP in that thread with my tape use, in fact i would warn you not to tape over the little hole below all the buttons, because i think its solely there to vent the electronic board. But i know, your thinking theres no way vapor is even coming out of the buttons, i guarantee it is, and one you start taping up the obvious places it will become noticeable. I HIGHLY recommend anyone with any version of the Vapir one or voodoo vaporizer check this out, it will increase the density of your vapor ten fold(you're losing most your vapor to fucking leaks.), along with replacing the horrible bags that are included with oven bags.
