what happened to your knee? it doesn't look so bad now but judged by the fact that you've picked up all that medical dank between when your card was issued and now, i'd say it must be nearing completely healed.

does the fact that you recieved a card for a temporary condition mean that the card expires?

that'd be a sad, sad day. even for a healed patient
