Tolerance break questions please reply
OK so I notice my highs are getting shittier so I've decided to take a break.
I've smoked for a year, smoking on weekends only, but in the summer I smoked 3-4 times a week near the middle to end. Now I'm in University, and I feel like I need to quit for awhile to get my tolerance down and help me in school. My birthdays in a month and 1 day so I've decided to quit until then. Now for my questions...
1. Will my tolerance be back to zero in a month? Don't make fun of me for this but I'm about 5'7 and 120 lbs muscular, but I have very little if not any body fat because I am naturally skinny.
2. Is tolerance directly related to the THC (I know it's a broken down form of it) being in your system? OR does it have to do with how long your brains been sober?
3. Tips on how to get my tolerance lower? Any special drinks or foods??
I've been sober 2 days, the hardest part will be this first weekend. Any tips on how to follow through and not smoke?
