5-htp and valarian root capsules are better for you but take a few hours to get you drowsy booze is best for it tho as enough 80 proof shit will knock out someone wired to shit on just about any upper |

^^ Absolutely correct. I despise drinking, well, I mean, I don't drink myself, it doesn't bother me if others are. But that is the only thing that can really knock myself out. Otherwise I'm only asleep for 2-3 hours.

^ lol word after pulling off a 3 hour wank session on adderall it's pretty damn easy to get to sleep but everclear vodka brandy or whisky get you there faster with less rug burn on your junk

I just threw my pattern of sleep
way off i just stayed up, instead of sleeping in, and forced my self to not nap. tonight i took benadryl and melitonin, and then had a big dinner..... man tonight should be ok

I find Kava Kava to be more effective than 5-HTP, Valerian, or melatonin.
75mg of benadryl will always do the trick too.
