Just found out how to extract kief from stems!

So I am currently dry at the moment, but I have saved up over time about 4 grams (eyed) of stems. I went looking for threads today to find out the best way to use these stems and came across a thread on extracting the kief by using a grinder, a shot glass, and a pill bottle. I don't have a grinder, but this thread I found gave me an idea.

I had an empty bottle lying around in my room that used to hold my vicodin prescription from a recent surgery. So I put all of my stems in this bottle and just shook it up as hard as I could for about 20 seconds. I opened it up and realized that the whole inside of the bottle was covered in kief. This is my first time actually seeing straight kief in person, but I have seen pictures of it in numerous threads across these forums and I am positive that this is kief. I have some stuff to do today so I won't be taking advantage of this kief until tomorrow morning.

I also was looking around in the pockets of some of my dirty clothes and found a small little bud in the front pocket of one of my sweatshirts. I'm planning on putting this little bud in the bowl and topping it off with some kief for some wake and bake action tomorrow morning.

Quick question though. What would be the best way to scrape the medicine bottle of the kief? I tried using my finger for a second, but realized that the kief doesn't really come off your hands very well. I was thinking about using a paper clip, but do any of you have a better idea?

use a CD take the pill bottle and put it on the side that goes down in the cd player (the shiny/rainbow side) open the pill bottle to were the cd is covering the hole to the pill bottle. then shake the keif should fall right on to the cd and u will have a tiny circle of keif to put on ur bowl... repeat 2 or 3 times for best results....

Oh another quick question. I realized that if I put in two dimes, a nickel and a quarter in the pill bottle along with the stems that the coins would help break up everything a bit more since they have more mass. Any suggestions on anything else I could throw into the pill bottle along with the stems to help break them up a bit and get more kief out of them. Also, I'm thinking of using this method to break up bud when I get some again. Thoughts, opinions?
