| Is the volcano vaporizer worth it? How is it better than other vapes?
Okay I love smoking (love vaping even more) but I tend to only smoke on the weekends. I do this to keep myself in line, it's a personal belief that too much of anything is bad. Anyways I am also a very healthy individual and I WILL be buying a vaporizer for my next semester of school. My friend has a box and tube vape which costs a little of 100 dollars. It does the job and I love it, but I always buy the best when I decide to invest in something. I'm not a spender though, I will buy myself something maybe twice a year. I sold a world of warcraft character for 600 dollars, sold my subwoofer for 220 dollars, and have a sweet job over the summer that pays good. But I also want to buy a nice set of golf clubs for myself which I been meaning to do for years now. Okay so heres my problem, I CAN afford a nice set of clubs and a volcano but I'd feel guilty as hell spending all that cash, and is it really worth it for a non daily smoker? Don't get me wrong I will buy a vaporizer, but what's the difference between a volcano vaporizer and a hotbox. http://www.hotboxvapors.com/ |

I'm going to go ahead and say no, it's not worth it after hearing your situation. One of my friends who I live with had a cano for a long time and I smoked out of it a lot, it's great, but not $500 great. Vaporizers are hands down my favorite way to smoke but if you get a VaporWarez or Hot Box, you're going to be getting the same quality vape and actually a little more flavor due to the whip style. All a vaporizer does is heat the product to a specific temperature and that is not an expensive feat all by itself so it strikes me as odd that someone would spend half a grand on a cano when for just over a hundred dollars you can get a Hot Box orr VaporWarez that accomplishes the same thing.

Hey thanks for the reply but I forgot to add someone is offering me a new volcano for 350, not 500+. With that said, I am still a fence sitter on whether to get a cheaper vape (my friend has a vapor brothers and it works just fine. But to be fair I never used a cano so I can't compare the two. If I was a daily smoker I'd just go out and buy the cano without a second thought. But since I limit myself to the weekends, it makes the decision much harder. Has anyone vaped a cano and any other type of vaporizer and can compare them? Oh and hotbox doesn't appeal to me so much now that I realize there is no heat setting available. |

I have the box-style.. a vaporwarez... i love it.. a buddy of mine has a volcano, i love it... if you can afford 350 for the volcano, get it!!!!! it's not as efficient we've seen, but it's great for have a few people around and passing a bag instead of a blunt or joint... get that, and invite your friend over with the box one... if you ever need to, you can always find the box one for ~100 bucks like you said anywhere.. that's cheap enough, but hte volcano at 350 is a deal man. |

For $350, that is a bargain IMO on a very high-quality, medical grade vaporizer. The best vaporizer in the world in my opinion... Really you have to try it for yourself, and even compare it to others, before you can criticize or praise it.

I got mine used, for $280, $350 in good condition is also a good deal and i would get it if you are into vaping. If you are looking to spend that much money, DO NOT get the super vape id definately go for the cano. its not hype, it really is the best

I can't really answer your question the best because when I heard about Vapes I jumped right into the cano and that's all I've used but I love this thing! I'm pretty sure it will save me the 500 on weed within a year because it's way more efficient, but I'm sure other vapes offer the same value. One thing I would say about the cano is get the dome, it makes it 900 percent cooler.

hell you guys are crazy volcanos hit great i would hands down take a volcano over any vape and i bet it would give better hits than most of them if you did it right. ive had 2 box vap;es and they suck ass compared (but their great none the less),their messier, easier to catch on fire easier to burn yourself with, you inhale tons of ground heab if you dont have the proper technique its a pain in the ass, Get a volcano if you got the money. Id like to see somone fill a 25 foot long vape bag with a box style vape. im sorry but the volcano is the best vape in my book! |
