New Lux Scientific Bong *PICS*

Lux's are def worth the money. I just got this one about 2 weeks ago, and I've smoked so much bud out of it already. My friends come over everyday and toke all day long. It is the perfect thing to start off the summer with. The only thing i wish could have change is to get a longer tube on it... cause you can only fit 2 ice cubes in the catcher. And if you put to much water in the percolator your lips get wet. But the head shop i went to only had this one, and a huge lux that was like 500.

Great purchase, I've been eyeing the Lux percs since RooR.us discontinued their line. Anyone know why the perc chamber is wider than the rest of the tube?

i dont really know why the perc is wider then the rest of the tube. My guess is that since its a quad perc there is just to much glass in there so they made it wider so it can contain more water. idk maybe

WOW. I'ts beautiful. I've been looking into getting a bong (roor, illadelph, PHX..) for quite some time now (months). This is the one. Im located in Austin Texas and I contacted every single godamn headshop in my area and nobody knew what the fuck I was talking about. I asked if they carried lux bongs, apparently headshops get all pissy about the word 'bong'.. "we carry water pipes only, i suck dick, wa wa wa". one fucker even hung up on me and gave me lip, A CUSTOMER. If anyone knows of a headshop that carries these and could/does ship PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I really have my heart set on this one. Also, I couldnt find the headshop directory on tokecity.com? I was going to check other citys (houston, dallas) but just saw a bunch of regular forums and no directory.

I recall hearing on here that its an option--maybe like grip reductions on roors? I think its called a swelled or swollen perc chamber. I think its just for looks

my friend just got a lux last night. the key is that you must milk it till it gets really yellow then BAM take out the bowl and inhale all that beautiful smoke, then stand up very quicky (make sure you secured the bong somewhere) and you will float into space.

Haha awesome setup. The double ashcatch is great. I wouldn't be able to hit it tho cuz my stoned ass would light my ear on fire or something. The bowl is higher than the top of the bong!

Quick question here, I'm very familiar with RooRs, but not so much with Lux. The 14" looks very nice, but I'm kinda concerned that it doesn't look like there's enough volume in there. Does Lux offer a perc'd 18" tube?

yes but they just came out not long ago and are harder to find then the minis you'll most likely have to go to a dementia to get an 18"
