Buying Bud online
Is buying bud online safe, and %100 legal as they claim? I have been looking at some sites like http://www.herbalsmokeshops.com/ and im not sure if this is legal or not. Some of the bud is dank and for an ounce the prices arent bad, because i could easily sell some and make my money back.

Also, being a senior i still live with my parents, so would a PO box be big enough to order some bud? I dont know too much about PO boxes either hah. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Those legal herbs , although they do have effects, are nothing like marijauana, and if you are buying them for a marijuana substitute you will be 100% disappointed.

What you receive will look nothing like what you see on their website, and they make them look like that, and give them those names, to trick you into buying them for the first time.

My advice would be not to waste your money, or if you just want to try it still, get the smallest amount, you will be glad you didn't spend more.

i was lookin into them to but i bought some hawaiian gold bud and MAN WAS I DISAPPOINTED u will never get high off it nothin but a headache and it isnt a marijuana substitute its a tobacco substitute and it tastes like shit and smells like shit to, so never buy it

Can't you sue for errorenous advertising becasue it is a misrepresentation of a product?

Of course, I don't suppose it matters if the company operates overseas.

nope, they havent misrepresented anything. they dont claim that its a marijuana substitute or say anything about getting you high or fucked up.

if u saw that advertisement in a High Times magazine, theres a tag at the bottom of the page that says "This product is not marijuana".
