ok me n two othwer stoners r walkin down the road n this task force cop comes in and he is from washington dc . n like one of my frieds started bein a smartass and started gettin wierd man . but this cop was like askin us questions man then he just searched my friend cuz he was standin by him then he searched me n found my papers n clip that i had cuz we were just about to go smoke up n he found em man he told us some shit about how he could busdt us n then he LET US GO!!!!! how fukin kool man

ok.... #1) why did you let him search you? #2) busted you for what? papers and a clip? if he was going to search you, and you aren't 18, then you have to have your parents there. and if you ARE 18, then whats wrong with having papers and a clip?? he didn't have shit on you. thats why he let you go. cops always try to make you think that they are doing you a big favor. (sometimes they actually do, like when a cop gave me a 50 in a 40 ticket instead of a 70 in a 40  )

Yup. He really had no reason to search you. They have to have probable cause, and they can only go into your pockets if they feel a weapon. I take a law class so I know all about unconstitutional searches and shit, and it sounds like he shouldn't have been searching you. Besides, papers and a clip aren't considered drug paraphernelia. Papers can be used for tobacco and so can a clip. He was BSing you big time man.

shit like that pisses me off. I can imagine it too, a cop walking down the street, sees two stoners and says "hey im a motherfuckin cop i'm search these kids to help America" that acutally happned to me once. Cop was on a bike and me and a stoner friend were riding our bikes, he said that we were on the wrong side of the road and that he needed to search us. We told that there was no way he was searching us. He just told us we could expect a ticket in the mail. dumb fucker didn't even ask us our names.
