I just think the altered state of awareness that's attained under the influence of drugs like Marijuana is escapist. Why not live in the real world instead of escaping from the reality of your problems by masking or ignoring them with drugs.

This guy is abviously a moron. He cant even control himself. Note that marijuana had nothing to do with it. He had psychosis after he started experimenting with harder drugs. How many do you think move to harder drugs? Not as many as you think. Its true that most that use hard drugs start out with weed, but the majority who use weed, dont go to harder drugs. They have a thing called 'self control'. I have a hard time even believeing that those 'real-life' stories are even real. If they are, Ive lost all hope in humanity if people are really that stupid. I just ordered a "portable bong" from this site, it was called somthing else though, and at the same time i was gonna order salvia but i didn't for 3 reasons. One was I didn't want to risk 2 much money cause I was paying in cash, another was if i got caught then it would be harder to explain, the third is that i need to save my money and I would have had to order 2 joints, one for me and one for a friend. Also i can get it localy but, i don't think that it is because of the pot. I was never opposed to drugs, even as far back as middleschool i thought the teacher was bogus (maybe ill start a tread 2 c if anyone else felt that way) also, i don't think that i will ever shoot up, ill just stick to the soft drugs like pot schrooms. Also pot made my grades go up. So, thats that, and i want as an msn smiley.

I was never interested in getting stoned until my former girlfriend dumped me for a stoner.

I suppose that was my downfall, letting someone elses version of 'cool' pressure me into doing something. Well, that was the first real time I caved to peer pressure.
A year later, I'm more than willing to try other hallucinogenic drugs.

I come to believe more and more marijuana is a gateway drug, but only if YOU let it be.
Marijuana is a gateway drug for me because I am completely wrapped up in the sixties / early seventies.
