wats the difference btwn flush and non flush niacin. i got the 500 mg non flush ones

I may be wrong, iv never had to use anything to clean out my system... but by name i think you would need the flush kind.
think about it... you want to "flush" out your system. but im not really the one to ask.

The "flush" refers to the red color that you get on your skin when you take the niacin, or so I have read & been told. I've also heard that you need the flush kind to clean out your system, not exactly sure of the science behind it but I'm sure someone else will know. Good luck man.
