only had indica... i really want sativa

everytime i've smoked, which has been regularly for about 6 months, i have only had an indica strain... and i've had some good ones like orange kush. I enjoy the high but im a little sick of the paranoia and the whole coming down part. I want to try a sativa strand, but im not really sure what kinds are sativa... is it generally that a kush is indica and a haze is sativa, or no? also, what differences will i feel in the high from a sativa? i hate to sound like a noob, but some help would deffinitely be appreciated. thanks

Well i'm no expert in strains but i have heard that light colored bud is sativa (light green) and dark colored bud is indica, but this doesn't apply all the time because i'm pretty sure that most headies are a cross-strain like 80% sativa and 20% indica (NY diesel)

But anyone correct me if i'm wrong.

As for trying some sativa, get some fire, Fire is just really good mids but its an excellent high in my opinion, very head-ish not much body. Down here in Fort Worth I get that Fire all the time!

Differences in high, i would say that indica is more body-felt (couch-lock) and indica makes me want to fall asleep after a while. Sativa is almost all head-high, you don't feel much in your body, it kinda makes me more active as opposed to chill. But be careful cause that sativa will fuck you up!

i never get paranoid from indica. i just sit on the couch and chill and not give a fuck about anything. usually i fall asleep for a few hours and wake up with massive munchies. sensi star and afghani are really good indos.

a good sativa will have you pretty paranoid if you're like that. it's mainly just a good headrush and good flow of ideas. you won't fall asleep and you probably won't just wanna sit on the couch. very giggly weed. i highly recommend haze if you can get it.

the guy up in the list said it's essentially a hybrid of ak-47 and some type of really good hawaiin shit.

i cant say for sure you know, but one hit gets you buzzing... and 2 hits puts you way up there. and it looks pretty bomb.

man sativa is like so good, i smoked for years before smokin sativa, and now i wud never go back to mostly indica, i have smoked so many sativas and the high is awesome, the best sativas will start by makin you very energetic, then it will start to get kinda trippy, and no indica will ever beat it, IMO

best sativa strains in my opinion are durban poison, sour D, any haze really and my personal favourite when it comes about, which is not very often, is thai-tanic, or for as a matter of fact, any of the old thai strains which you seldom find knockin about nowadays
