Bowl Burn Ritual??

All righty then, So today I was just chillin when my buddy calls and says his girls friend just got a new piece of glass, and asked if i wanted to chill with them. I say yes, want to see an old friend and some new glass. FASTFORWARD: The glass was nothin special, a thick little spoon. I break out my sack and ask if he wants to match, because he brought muchies. So we match, and all get blazed and I get up to get everyone another round of drinks. When I get back in the room, his girl is watching her friend as she puts the bowl up to the top of her arm (bicep) and lets the hot glass burn her. My buddy was watching in aw along with me, and I get enough courage to ask what shes doing, and she says "breaking this glass in" and I say "wait..what?" she looks back with an odd look on her face and is like "a bowl burn"....

Does everyone do this, because I never knew people to do such a thing! Have been left out in the dark?

Umm....I've NEVER heard of this. The closest thing to it is packing a huge bowl to where the bowl is over flowing and the owner of the new piece taking the biggest hit possible for there body...that's the only ritual I've ever heard of. Sounds pretty weird...but of she liked it....then go ahead I guess haha

no idea....im high right now and its buggin me out just reading that....what the fuck yo...hahaha why would u do that.....only thing i used to do is pack a huge bowl of best dank around at that moment and smoke that one bowl to myself first before i pass it with anyone

haha, i know exactly what happened. here's almost exactly how it had to go down:

dudes are about to break in a new piece. girl annoys dudes. everyone gets ripped. girl annoys dudes even more. dudes tell girl that it's a ritual that every new piece has to be broken in with a "bowl burn", it's stoner tradition, handed down from the pharoahs in egypt over thousands of years. She did it, and they still laugh about how stupid she is. now you get to laugh at her.


My old roommate and i got bored once and convinced a girl that you could break into a car by holding a lighter up to the lock. She asked us for a lighter like a year and half later to break into this car she saw and wanted (she was kidding). we still give her shit about that one.

The only thing my friends and I do is we have to smoke out of the piece on the drive home from buying the glass, even if it is a bong.
