It's from the same grower right? Of course some qualities of the bud will be similar, but look at the genetic traits of the strains in question evident in the color of the hairs and leaf fragments.

Open them at the same time and switch between the windows, they definitely aren't the same.

The color looks similar but the first pic is denser. Hard to say if they're the same, but either way, excellent bud. Good growing.
