we call it spliffs in canada aswell, and i agree with what skr8fiah said,
it burns slower, better tokes, no running, and saves bud for another spliff
and also it does add a different fealing when you smoke weed+tobacco, rather than you would get just off pure weed

I do it when I'm running low. Lol, I have big hands too. I can roll a smokeable joint, sure, but it's not very pretty. When I roll I usually roll blunts.

I occasionally use some tobacco, we call them spliffs. When I roll with tobacco, I usually put the tobacco and the weed on an index card or piece of paper and mix it up to make it nice and even throughout the jay and then put it in. I'll have to try that backroll this weekend. I'll probably fuck it up but its worth a try. Nice roll man. Looks tight

we do it to conserve weed but also with us the tobacco helps intensify to effects of the herbage. i dont know other people reasons but that is mine.

Sorry dude, didn't mean to generalize, I meant it's more common for European smokers to use tobacco not that it's an exclusively European thing..

I brought myself to do this a few days ago.

Normally I'm a straight up weed kinda guy, I've only ever used tobacco a few times in joints, so I decided you know what I'm going to see if I like it.

And well I actually hated it. For me it ruined that wonderful ganja taste, and it actually made me have a different sort of high.

And it's wierd because I usually toke up and then have a smoke afterwards, and I get that mixed in tobacco/weed buzz but the feeling from a spliff then the two of them seperated is different.

Anyways the conclusion: I'd much rather roll a joint packed full of ganja good ness and no tobacco, and have a nice cigarette for an aftertoke.
