strange night

Me and my buddy were smoking again last night and we were totally blasted. after awhile we were saying lets take one last hit before we pass out. so we finish and we were smoking in this forest near my house and we came to the edge and there is a big clearing that is a field. I saw this light that went around like a lighthouse one time. next we here a noise like a whistle then a nosie that sounded like a caribou but really short and then a squawk in that order four times in different spots in the field we just stood there trying to figure out whats happening. then we just run through the field well we were kinda stumbling. then we get to my yard and inside the house and my friend says that whatever that was got to my yard first and went really fast past him and i didnt see anything. so we were inside as high as fucking hell so it was really hard to concentrate. one reason im posting is just because i was wondering if anyone has had anything similar to this because it sorta sounded like an animal except for the light because i could have just been seeing things.

from what it sounds like, i think it's probably a neighbor looking for his dog. The light was probably his flashlight, he was whistling for his dog, and the other noise was maybe his dog or other animals that were nearby. btw, the neighbor probably had no idea you were there until you bolted.

i dont know, i had a tough time understanding what you were trying to say so maybe i'm wrong.

That didn't make too much sense, but my first thought was duck hunting using a dog to retrieve the ducks?

I have never seen anyone duck hunting at night. That would make it a little difficult

yea, its called a whistling light bird cheetah, its fast like a cheetah, squawks like an annoying bird, also whistles, and can shoot light out of its face so that it can hunt in the night. the whistling is used to distract its prey while it then utilizes the speed of the cheetah to catch it, then squawks as its victory cry and also to scare off any other animals that could be looking to eat the food that it found. its an extremely rare species that recently has been discovered and is possibly one of the most unique creatures known to man. im serious look it up.

OH MY GOD, IT WAS DRAGONHOG!

My friends and I sometimes smoke in deserted places (like unbuilt neighborhoods) and every single time we do, we hear crazy fucking animal noises, that don't sound like any recognizable animals. It sounds like a screaming girl mixed with a pig squealing and it's always random and in bursts. So somehow we decided to name it dragonhog (we were fucking blitzed) and it's the monster that eats high kids.

It's pretty fucked up how we only hear it while we're smoking and only when we get to places with no houses or people nearby.

holy crap thats what it sounded like it sounded more like a squeal and like a short screem happens only when im smoking and this was in an abandoned field it must be dragonhog
