Making Hash

ok so i wanna make some hash with these High midds that im getting but i dont know how much to expect the outcome to be. Im also not too sure about what method i should use wether it be Bubble, Kief, ext... so if you know a good one, please post a link or some details on it.

So my question is, How much hash can i generaly expect from 1 oz of Buds?

I'm not too sure on how much hash you'll get off of an 0z.

If you tell me what method you want to use I could pull up a guide for ya

you can expect about/up to 10% yeild

so out of 56 grams of buds, i will get 5.6 grams of hash total??

that sounds right?
