And you just haven't smoked enough. That shit happens when you first start smoking, but you'll get used to it. And it wasn't laced, so don't worry about that.

Sounds like one of the first times I had ever gotten high kind of...only I didn't really freak out. I just completely spaced out. ( I was at a Halo tournament with some of my dad's buddies from work .LOL ). It probably wasn't salvia, it'd be different, when I did salvia for the first time I couldn't control myself at all, it was kind of creepy. It was just one of your first times getting high - you probably wno't ever be that high again. As he said, cherish it.

I had a few minor panic attacks back in the day when i first started smoking but nothing major...i remember one time I thought i lost my wallet and i was searching for it for like a half hour cause i was so worried about it just to find out i left it at my house...lol

you just got wayyy too high. i know exactly what you're talking about. The first time I smoked out of a bubbler, like, it was too much. I just went straight to bed and slept it off. But I can see how a joint would make a difference. Having something else besides weed in your lungs (paper) sometimes makes a difference. Like, smoking a blunt, I dunno, just you can feel something different.

Next time you smoke, just have like, a bowl. Or if you have a joint, have some people to pass it around with.
