holy crap?! did i just make hash oil or something?

i have absolutely no experience with hash or hash oil or bubble hash or anything of the sort.
so yesterday i was cleaning a piece of mine with some alcohol in a tupperware container, i got that mother fucker real shiny and resin free, and all of the resin was in the upperware container full of alcohol... it was nasty, like brownish black colored rubbing alcohol... i remembered that thc is soluble in alcohol, and i got an idea. i stuck some stems in the nasty ass liquid, put hte cap on and shook it up a bit. i took the cap off and let it sit over night. about half of the alcohol evaporated, and the remaining alcohol was even nastier... so i got a hair dryer and sat there for about 2 hours trying to evaporate all of the alcohol, and im pretty sure most of it is gone... i started noticing a milky liquid, sort of thick like oil forming in place of the alcohol, just a little bit at the bottom, probably a teaspoon or so. it kinda looks like light coffee, is this thc oil or something? i'm trying to evaporate it just incase it's more alcohol, but the shit just stays at the bottom along with the stems and chunks of res.
wtf did i just do meng? :/

it's alcohol. make sure you dry everything out thoroughly before you smoke it.

If it came from your pipe its probably already smoked weed resin with no thc left in it. I wouldn't touch it cause Ive cleaned my slide out and got the same black shitty liquid when I unclogged it.

That's resin, not hash oil, hash oil is made from fresh weed. Evaporate it until its extremely thick sticky oil, that when cold is almost solid.

Edit: It contains THC, and will be smokeable if u do the above

Hopefully you didn't have nasty things in there.

haha it contains thc still..smoke it, you'll get high.

are you kidding me? resin gets you fucked up.

if you don't need to smoke it, then don't. however, it's great when you are dry.

no you won't get any hash oil but once all the alcohol is evaporated you can scrape out whatevers left and smoke that

resin is most assuredly not pure THC, straight THC, or even majority THC

im not sure if it is or not, but that is a pretty good idea, i never really thought about purifing resin, maybe take away that gross ass taste, and end up with some good smoke, hmm, i think im gonna have to experiment next time i scrape.

you could try cooking the alcohol off. isopropyl alcohol boils at ~180*F. the thc should not vaporize until around ~365*F, but you should still watch the mixture closely so you don't scorch it. i would assume once 180* is reached you should be able to pull the mixture after ~1 minute. this all depends on the amount though. just eyeball it and keep an eye on the viscosity.

yeah i was basically trying to purify it.
i smoked a little bit of the dry shit from the center , i scraped it out with a screwdriver
it was kina like little bits of resin and this whiteish/clearish residue on the bottom of the container. im guessing that was thc or at least some shit containing a goo amount of it.
it didnt taste like resin... it tasted... i don;t know, weird.
maybe it was the alcohol or something that wasnt fully evaporated

i used a thick steel screen in my pipe just now with it,and i threw it into an ashtry by accident, and i went to go move it with a knife because the thing was so hot. THE SCREEN STUCK TO MY SCREEN LIKE A MAGNET. i know how sticky res is, but the screen actually jumped to my knife, and i was messing with it and its god damn magnetized!! i think i smoked my screen into magnetism

wtf meng :/
