My Bud Shelf Life

I was wondering about how long the shelf life I have for my bud. I have an 8th right now and I plan on being tested here in the next month. I was wondering if it will still be fine or if it won't be smokeable. Also, right now it is just stored in a ziplock.

what are you trying to acomplish? see how long it takes to dry out, or how long it takes to mold?

put it in a small glass jar and it should be fine for a month or 2.

i've heard that long storage can decrease potency though

I buy an eighth and I'm not done smoking it in a month! In my experience, bud doesn't go bad. I always keep it in a lil mason jar or pill bottle though, not a baggy. You should definitely be good for a month, I'd say for a long time. The weed didn't lose any potency, the crystals just got more pronounced, prolly from it drying out a lil.

long story short, you're fine for a month, just put it in a jar
