Six ways to make hash

i succesfully made a piece of hash about the size of a standard die, maybe a bit longer, with an olive jar full of like, leaf shake out of my container, stems, and maybe a half an inch layer of ground up bud. alot of leaf shake lol

Thanks for the thread- very informative and clear. I wonder what would happen if you use Iso instead of H2O in the shoe hash? Also, if you wear gloves for rub hash you could clean them in Iso?

alright. first im going to admit that i did not read the above pages of responses and i only skimmed the thread. second, i bought a hash maker and a grinder for my boyfriend. i bought the "hash maker" at our local smoke shop and it is one of those skinny, round silver "bullet" like things with openings at each end and round "magnets" in each end. are these "hash makers" good? and i have seen articles on how to use it, but none of the instructions are helpful. help?

What your describing sounds more like a pollen/kif/resin press than a hash maker. If it is a press than all you do is put your collected pollen/kif/resin inbetween the two "magnets" you described and use the them to compress what you put inside of it. Some presses are manufactured to be put into the oven to heat the pollen/kif/resin, which would turn the pollen/kif/resin into hash. Maybe you can post a picture of what you bought? That would be helpfull .

It turned out very nice, RepG7. and after i let the tray sit for a couple of days i was able to scrape some more off, when it was less sticky. so i actually gota bout 2.5g or so

^^Acetone works better than iso, the pictures don't work for me, im on a mac if that matters, and it would help greatly if i could see the pics thx

It should work lol. How much is that like an ounce or more of leaves?

its like two ounces of leaves and trim kinda mixed together. There are some small buds in it. Im making butter right now. Ill let you know how it goes.
