I did shoe hash with some kief I had laying around.
I want to get it like a nice solid rock/brick, it's very very soft still, I am going to try freezing it I think.

I am building up a lot of kief lately in my coffee grinder, I was wondering what you guys recommend to do with this kief if I want to make some hash, the shoe hash looks alright but I'm interested in bubble pucks and stuff, but I don't have that many supplies / don't know where to find them, or else the methods are a little complicated.

Just take any kind of glass container and shake around any kind of busted up mixture of weed, stems, and shake in it and make sure that there's a little bit of moisture so it sticks to the sides. Good for collecting lots of crystal in a short period of time, but not too good for industrial use.

My girlfriend just bought a bunch of kief and wants to turn it into hash, but I'm a little confused about the cardboard part, can anyone explain it to me?

You use the cardboard for a mold. You wrap the saran wrap around cardboard and the slit it open so you can take the cardboard out and put the kif in. the wrap it one or more times to seal it.

i read in a post about curing that thc does evaporate, although at a slower rate than the undesirable chemicals in uncured weed. if that is so, then wouldn't thc also evaporate using the iso method for making hash?

I have no idea. What I do know is after the alcohol evaporates I got some lovely goo.


I also experimented this round with a 60watt incandescent lamp to speed the evaportion process up. Working good so far, hoping to turn a 24 hour process into an hour or two. Did I mention it in a ventilated area?

ur gonna need somethin for it to stick with either scrape it up really carefulyl with a blade i recomened taking some kif and sprinkling it on makes it stick and form easier.
