i have a hard time gettin people to buy me rollin papers. when i cant get em, i gots to smoke one of the pipes. is there any readily available paper that works very well for rollin paper that some one under 18 can get?

I didn't know rolling papers were age restricted....
I personally go for 100% hemp ripskins. Normal supermarkets/shops do not sell these papers and I have to go to a headshop to get them.
Try getting some blue/silver rizla skins, they're pretty good.
Sorry if none iof it makes any sense i'm rather baked right now..

yeah papers arent restricted at all, if they tell you they are tell them thats not the law, unless it varies state to state. stores are however allowed to not sell them to minors if they choose, same with lighters, at least thats how it works here in pa.

You need to be careful about all the "under 18 years old" stuff, if a mod sees it you can have your account banned because you have to be over 18 to legally use or be on this site or something like that.

Yeah, you agreed that you were 18 when you registered and the rules of the City are conveniently posted in every forum for you to read upon your arrival.
