man i am so fucking pissed off. i go to private school which sucks and today they came out with a new drug policy. so i read the piece of shit being a stoner and concerned about drug testing and in that shitty policy it said that they can test anyone if they think that you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. that is fucking bullshit i mean they dont even need an explination. i mean your eyes could be red from contacts or something and they could give you a hair or urine test. and if you refuse they can just kick you out. i smoke often and still get good grades why should harmless pot get me kicked out of school. god dammit. ok now i feel better is this legal cause its a private school. i guess no smoking at school and also do those fast toxin reducers work cause i am gonna need to buy one and keep it with me at all times.

dont get an expensive test. go to the first day of tryouts and tell your parents you are too tired or someothing. tell them you quit, you hate it and cant make it anyway. dont waste money. dont worry- be happy!

I used to go to private school and someone tried to rat me out but i ditched the shit before so they didnt find nothing and they said they were gonna give me a drug test but it never happened, they just told my parents they might wanna test me. Dont give in, they are most likely just bluffing.

I go to a private school also, except i live (board) here and the fire alarms went off one night cause one kid was smoking in his room and the next day they brought in all of the school's narks to do thorough room inspections... fucking bullshit, I almost got caught too. Oh well back to the subject, that sucks dude, try buying some of that eye stuff for stoners... makes the red eye go away, that way you can do it at school and not look as obvious. That's all I can think of at the moment..

ya i got that bull shit policy at my boarding school too. they can even test you for little stupid shit like "looking tired" in class. i wish it was just as easy to carry around anti-toxins all day to pass, but (at least at my school) that doesnt work very well. they come and get u in the middle of class and make you take it right then or get kicked out right then. tough decision huh?

You are probably among the exception… smok’n weed and STILL getting good grades. That’s commendable.

Assuming you are 18 and during your last year of school, assuming you have ALWAYS maintained good grades, then you should be graduating soon, I suggest smoking ONLY during the weekend if at all or at night. That way you can wake up nice and fresh for school.

Personally, and I know you may not give a shit, but I’ll say it anyway… I would really suggest you wait until you graduate and go to college before smoking at all. This is because college students have a certain amount of responsibility for keeping up their grades, working and supporting him/herself. –Or if you are in the military it should be ok.

I think that as long as you are in an 18 year old lives with his parents, his ass should not smoke unless his parents gives him permission to. It’s like, get a job and buy your own shit with your own money. I don’t mean you, but in general that is.

Oh, by the way…consider home schooling if you REALLY want to continue tok’n up without sacrificing your education. Then you wouldn’t be subject to drug testing by your school.

what the heck is that about? "college students have a certain amount of responsibility for keepin their grades up".......if thats' not the biggest crock-o-poo i heard all year then i'll be damned. i smoke every day. i'm a sophmore in highschool. i get straight a's. I live in a city with 4 different colleges and i can tell you that college students don't really care MUCH more about their grades than highschool students. most of them are just in college because they think thats what they're "supposed" to do after highschool. all i'm sayin is that it works for me and i'm not in college yet.

uhm. i have random drug tests at my public school. i was in football for 3 days before i got hurt... a couple months later they come pull me out of class for random drug test because i was in football(3 fucking days!) i smokedd every day before it for long time and a month later the results came and said i passed

i think my school just says they send them in but they dont. cuz i have had 5+ friends have the same thing happen to them as me from our schools drug tests.

I beleive law (at least in Cali) allows anybody to be under the influence of marijuana... as long as you aren't in possesion or carrying a pipe, I think that's how it goes. State law > School rule, right?
