Dealer Etiquette Question

I have a question on dealer etiquette. First some backround info.

i had a small party and this kid dropped off beer for us (since were not 21) and his friend came with him, and he's a dealer (really nice car too). So two of my friends bought from him (one got an 1/8 and the other a 1/4). i talked to the kid and he seems pretty cool. The dealer left for the night but the other kid (the one with the beer) stayed the whole night and woke up in my house (irrelavent). So here is my question, is it cool for me to just text the dealer and ask for bud or should i call him? im sort of shy so i dont really like calling people, and this would also be the first dealer ive ever dealt with personally. What should i do? Also, the party was like 2 weeks ago

you might want to delete one of these posts. I'd say maybe talk to the kid that dropped off the beer cause it sounds like he knows the dealer better and then get him to set you up with the dealer. It's less likely to sketch out the dealer that way.

ya i deleated it. I actually dont know the kid who dropped off the beer at all (no phone number or anything).

Just give him a call. Don't be sketchy and he won't be either. Just call, tell him it was your house the party was at last night where he sold to a couple of your friends and you were wondering if you could pick up a bag. Simple.

ok as a one time dealer myself I'd say don't text the guy...I hated that shit when I was doing it...since you don't know the guy who brought him I'd say give the guy a call just be yourself on the phone, don't act nervous or anything like that, just explain the situation to him and he should be cool. If not meh there are other dealers out there.

Be careful, many dealers hate people who call them and mention bud on the phone. Not to mention that's fucking retarded. I'm surprised not more people realize who their putting in danger when they talk about shit on the phone.

Give him a call... be like... hey man, I met you at a party at my house 2 weeks ago or so and you helped me out with something. Would you be able to help me out again some time? Because, well... I kind of need some help. Thanks man...

thats a pretty good way u just explained... and the smartest too... if u call a dealer and say "yea i met u 2 weeks ago blah blah blah... u got weed?" hes probably going to hang up on u

Hey dude in your sig I light my bowls the same exact way with my pointer finger off the lighter, it feels un-natural to do it any other way. Yet I haven't really seen anyone else do it. I also close one eye when I take a rip..(wierd)
