And can you make a one-hitter out of wood?

Wow, how did i miss this the first time around;

the dugout is the perfect smoking tool (yeah, argue with me if you want to...but as a combination of steath and weed conservation it can't be beat)

Great guide man. I'll give ya'll a super steath tip: Many times i have been in public and wanting a smoke, but I didn't want to pull out a wooden dugout and pack a hit (yeah i know it can be done discreetly). So what i did was:

1) have a pack of cigs ready in your pocket. Pull out the pack of cigs and place it in the same hand you would the dugout.

2) casually pull out dugout and place it behind the pack of cigs in your hand so that you're palming the dugout, but it is concealed by the cigs

3) pull out the bat (yeah, you kinda have to use the cig bat for this one) and load as normal.

It may seem extreme, but in the south where I'm at (bible belt)...a dugout would attract unwanted attention compared to cigs which are normal.

Oh, you don't necessarily have to be a smoker obviously, but it does help.

to the post above me why don't you just put the dugout in the cig container...I donno if it would fit but it would look kinda discreet

wow...I must really be a stoner. I know that it doesn't from prior experience (although some of the shorter dugouts do)...BUT your post got me thinking...what about a box of 100's? (longer length cigs for those who don't smoke)

Dugouts do sound cool, but when I wanna smoke sneaky I just burn a skinny joint. Just cuz if I'm in a situation where I'm around other people (concert, movie, etc.) I'd rather not have paraphernilia on me after I smoke. I tend to get paranoid when I have a bowl in my pocket and know I reak of bud, whereas after the joint's gone theres no worries.

But yeah, +rep on the guide

I've owned my dug out for a pretty long time, it's my favorite smoking tool. I take it everywhere and use it all the time. Throw maybe .5-1g in mine. Plenty for the day. Today I got 4 full hits out of one pack. (Yes, you can corner a one-hitter, went all the way around with greens)

It's the ultimate conservation tool and I recommend it to ANYONE. If you are an average smoker this is the best investment you can make. It's great for being high all the time

How do you think I do it?

I've never, ever seen a headshop that didn't have dugouts, and I've been to headshops in 5 states. Expect to drop maybe $20 on one (to include the cig bat. your local prices may vary)

Signature Limits: All signatures should not exceed the following size limits, and you can't have both text and images. Text Signatures: 4 lines normal size OR 8 lines small size and up to 90 chars per line. Font sizes above 2 are not allowed. For images in signatures: 1 image up to 300 pixels wide, 125 pixels tall and 20k in size.
