How are blunts wastefull?

'Cause I got mad skillz! Kidding aside, I can roll some nasty blunts. I've actually timed how long some of my blunts have burned (OCD, lol), so those times aren't just estimates. If my blunts burn any less than 25 minutes it's 'cause I fucked it up some how.

Joints and blunts are pretty inefficient ways of smoking. A lot of the weed ends up burning when your not hitting it, and you NEVER see it again.

Pipes are much more efficient.

Not on my blunts, mayne. I got it to where the cherry is just barely smoldering when it's not bein hit.

People who think blunts waste weed just can't roll good blunts, from what I'm gathering. If you roll a blunt right, it won't burn much weed while not being hit (the cherry should be barely visible, and just barely smoldering), and it will burn for a long time. You can put it out and re spark it, and there's nothing for the thc to stick to that's not gonna end up getting smoked.

I can put a gram of this haze I get into a blunt and get 4 sessions out of it. That's .25 per session... Same as a bong or bowl. Also, when you smoke bowls you constantly have to spark them, which scorches weed... And bowls do cherry, too -- same as blunts/joints...

but for real i don't think blunts are truly all that wasteful in the sense of smoke escaping blah blah blah. i mean i can get pretty damn ripped off a nice blunt. the only problem is when i'm with that certain group of people who only want to smoke blunts, which is cool but damn you gotta learn spread em out. for real they'll just sit and box the whip with 3 or 4 blunts in a row then wonder why the hell we got no green left a couple hours later lol

Word, I usually roll about .8 into blunts and those last me about 20 minutes. Basically, if you think blunts are a waste, it's almost very likely that you cannot roll a blunt well at all/never smoked a good blunt, or just following this misconception caused by the fact that a blunt is always burning. Sure it may be, but it's at such a ridiculously slow rate, esp with the paper and leaf, that you're not going to be losing any significant amount of pot smoke.

Here it is in large so people get it: It's already been proven that blunts and joints conserve more THC in the same given amount of pot than pipes or bongs. Go check it on Norml for yourself.

blunts just burn way more bud than a bowl or a bong would. Like you could get high 3 time out of a bowl with the. Amount of bud you put on blunt. But I still love blunts don't get me wrong....

I can roll a damn good blunt and when it's not getting hit you don't lose a ton of bud as these people claim. Plus, why would you be sitting there not smoking it? I don't know about everyone else but if I'm smoking a blunt I just smoke it through and then do something. And for example, I was about to roll a blunt last night but then I took out my bong and packed one up, and after seeing how much bud I had put in the bong from my blunt pile of bud I had out, I had used half of it in the bong. So figure I could have smoked 2 bongs or 1 blunt, I would probably go back and smoke the blunt.
I think the people saying blunts are wasteful are just thinking of it in the wrong terms. I like myself a bong or pipe but I really do love blunts.
On the other hand, I use to like joints but now I'm not really in favor of them due to bad experiences lately haha.

The FACT remains that you are lighting your weed on fire, and in between hits, no matter how tight it was rolled, the thing is going to smoke...

Now, if you smoke it through a pipe, you can control how much weed you light upu at once

A timeless arguement. A blunt like every other smoking option for pot has its pro's and cons. It all just depeneds on the envirment and mood you know. If you got a party or something roll up a fatt ass blunt if your trying to celebrate something. It takes alot of weed but hey if you can afford it then go for it and get the party going. Or if you want to have some chill time with some bro's and pass around a nice blunt with some good conversation. If im by myself i'll usually take a few ripps off my bong and just enjoy untill its time to re up my high. Like i siad its all a matter of opinion, as long as you are toking its all good.
