Clean glass tastes better IMO as your not smoking all the resin with the weed, but a ccg pipe thats resinated ussually looks better cause the colour is there.

i don't really think the taste is that noticeably different (but yeah resinated will taste worse) but you need to have a little bit of resin for packing bowls because it grips the weed. if the glass is all smooth IMO the weed has a tendency to slip out and unpack.

true. what i do for my pipe though is put a larger nug in the center to cover up the whole and just loosely pack ground up shit over that brimming to the top becuz on mine if its tight it clogs and you can't hit it.

well you might also get resin hits so you would probably get higher if you smoke it right

I personally prefer a resinated bowl. Everytime you will get a little resin which wont taste as good but will get you high. RESINLUV!!!!!
