Is all the weed you find in random places once you go "dry". Today I assumed I wasn't blazing, decided it would be wise to hide all my smoking equipment (usually just leave it semi-hidden hoping my parents won't go in my room) and found a DVD case with a bunch of busted up weed on it! By a bunch I mean like .4, but it was a good find none the less! I realized that I'd probably gotten really stoned and left weed behind on multiple occasions of big blaze sessions in my room. So I looked around, found a few more little busted up piles of weed, and I found a tiny nug stashed away in an empty CD case from who knows when. Busted up all the weed a bit more to find I had collected about .8. I know it's not a lot, but for a day when you're pretty sure you won't be blazing it's a pretty good find! 1/10th of what I brought back to my room to be (almost) exact (plus I pitched 4 grams to have a really fat sesh with the guy I got it from).

Either way, it's been a nice start to my holidays, and I hope it continues, normally I wouldn't be coming to GC today (it's not fun to think about weed when your dry), but now I can come here with a nice grin on my face. Happy blazin today everyone!

P.S. I swear I indented paragraphs when I posted here but holy shit, I guess not! That's weird, I'm too ripped I guess. I've noticed that before...like things regularly just assumed are questioned when your high. A few times when I've wake-and-baked, I'd go to have a shower but forgot if I ever turned the light on in the shower. It was semi-light in there without it, but still kinda dark. I knew it would look weird if it was almost bright and I had the light on in there, so I'd get really paranoid and stand there ass naked for a few seconds trying to figure out what I should do. It's funny cause it's totally messed me up now, I was so used to doing it in habit I guess I never really thought about it, and now that I have that patterns off-set, and I have no way of remembering what the initial action was (as it has been many years since I've thought about it). I guess weed does this on a bigger scale too, like for me I had a pattern in my life, and just a set way of doing things, but weed made me question a lot of things and get off the pattern I was living (which is a good thing in that situation by the way). Thats all kinda interesting...maybe I shoulda made another thread outa this insted...

I am looking to start holding onto more than usual and haven't had this much yet, i'm just wondering if anyone has good ways to keep the stash fresh if it stays around longer than i had thought. any suggestions would be great.

i buy ounces and i keep them in jars.

i have one big jar that fits about 1.5 oz and 20 gerber baby food jars that i'm going to start stashing a few gs of each new batch i get in each baby food jar so i have a savings of a bunch of different kinds.

i never find any weed laying anywhere.

my weed goes from bag to grinder to bong bowl.

no where inbetween.

or from my bag to a different bag.

dude i agree, if i buy an 8th or somethin ill smoke every little bit of it, but if i got that oz. then ill throw it around like candy, and eventually find some laying around haha

A couple months ago I was really jonesin' one night, I didnt have shit, and I really wanted to induldge. So I went around to all my little stash spots and got all the empty bags that all had a tiny ass little bit of weed in them and I fuckin had like 23 bags. Then I emptied each one out and had 2 bowls. It was pretty kickin.

I always buy in half or ounce increments, store it in a tight glass jar and find that the taste and consistency of the pot gets better (especially with beasters) over about 2 weeks to a month. A lot of the beasters I get look good, but they smell like wet grass or pine needles. After a few weeks in a dark place in the jar the taste is less harsh and it usually takes on a stronger smell.

they best part about it is what stew12 said, i always buy in half or O incriments as well. find the best deal with the best bud, buy a lot of it, dont have to worry about buying more for a while, and save money at the same time.
