Car Ride with mom high on brownies/food? good idea/bad idea?

I'm going to a concert tomorrow night with my friend, and my brother is getting picked up in the city from the airport. So we're carpooling(I can't get out of this). My plan is for me and my friend to eat some weed beforehand, itll kick in about 2/3 of the way in the car trip, she drops us off, we trip for the concert, 3-4 hours later we're picked up sweaty and tired(to mask high), and all is golden.

Sound like a decent idea? Does eating give you hardcore stoned face?

and I'm not a very good cook, and only making shit for me and one of my friends. I need to make the stuff today, and eat it tomorrow... what method would you suggest?

I have about 7 or 8 grams of mids, but only need enough cooked for 2 people. advice?^^

Cant you just bring some Joints with you and smoke at the concert, just keep the joints in like a ziploc baggie so the smell cant escape.

dude, your gonna stink like smoke after the show regardless. Roll up some nugget to smoke there, and eat the brownies. Worst case scenario your mom makes a comment, tell her someone slipped some shit in your drink.

dude, you'll be fine. the good thing about eating weed-brownies is that the high lasts for a long time. just eat them right before you leave, and just bring an ipod or something to listen to on the way up there, so you don't really have to talk to her.

the first time I ever ate weed, I was a sophmore in highschool and I bought a mad potent cookie from this senior for a 4 hour ride to VT with my parents. I just chilled in the backseat listening to a phish show and they never figured it out. good times

then, in the middle of a conversation with your mom...

your friend: "Dude. are we there yet?"
