one night when all our friends and shit are chilling at my cousins drinking some beers and smoking and all that. So about around 3am everyone is passed out but me and Brad are still awake. So we decide to go on a little cruise with an 8th and some bottles of budweiser. So this is going pretty good until we go on this windy road. brad loses control of the car and we go in a ditch. I really dont know how he went off the road he just wasnt look at the road and went right off the turn. We try to get the car out but its impossible. So we are pretty pissed because its my cousins car(brads girlfriends). So we throw the beer and we empty the bag so we dont get busted for that. Its about 4am and about 25 degrees out we're freezing our balls off. So we have to find a house that can give us a ride into town. We knock on this house and this guy and wife answers they look like they were awake and they invite us in. We tell them the brakes went out on the car and they say " Now wait the real story is you guys were at a party and you crashed the car" I guess he pretty much nailed it. This couple turns out to be completely cool and understanding. They sit us down and give us some coffee and they actually put Armageddan the movie in to watch while we waited to figure things out. Now the thing is Brad didnt have his license and if he was busted for driving without a license he would have gotten bail jumping because he goit arrested at school for possession about a month earlier. So the couple takes us home and but the wife is worried because we crashed into her fence she wants to call the cops about it. The husband tries to talk her out of it but she does it anyway. So i take the cover for brad because he would have been put in jail if he got driving without a license. So i get my ticket and we go on to fix the damged car.

About 5-6 months later
So my cousin and her boyfriend who we will call brad, which is like one of my best friends, picked me up from work and we were riding home we were about 3 blocks from the house when a cop pulled us over. He came up and told asked us if we would take breathalyzers. We all agreed since we hadnt been drinking. We passed then the officer came back and took my cousin out of the car to question her. They grill her pretty intensely. The cops are saying "WE KNOW YOU'VE BEEN SMOKING MARIJUANA IN THE CAR IF we find out you were you're going to be in big trouble" They even ask her to admit us using meth? wtf we have never used meth before either. This is because her boyfriend was one of the biggest drug dealers in town a couple years ago and the year before on 4/20 he got a possession and about 2 months before this happened he got expelled from school. By the time they were done my cousin was crying and had admitted to smoking marijuana once in a while. The whole time this is happening me and brad are talking about what we're going to say. First they take brad out of the car and question him. They ask him when was the last time he smoked he says about 3 months. They take me out of the car and ask the same stuff. I say about 2 and a half months. Next about 2 more cop cars pull up and a truck containing the K-9 unit. We have absolutely nothing in the car so we agree that they can search it. So we get back in the car and the dog hits on Mine and Brads side(This is prob because we smell like smoke) we get out and they let the dog tear through the car. After they're done the officers say they found a bunch of seeds which is completely untrue because we dont have seeds in our weed and if we did why would they be on the floor of the car. After this they search us and find nothing. So the officer then has to come up with a reason why he pulled us over. He claims we were speeding but when Brad asks him if he can see the speed we clocked in on his speed detector he doesnt have anything to say. According to the law the officer has to show the person pulled over the speed we clocked in on. Another officer is going around the car and finds the license plate light is burned out and says thats why he pulled us over. So after this we went on our way, without any tickets.

you have to exercise your rights, you could have saved alot of time, and some wierdo questioning. First of all you should ask why you got pulled over, if he says speeding, he doesn't need you to get out of the car, but for the breath test, you probably will, but if you weren't drinking, then you wouldn't have had to get out of the car to take the breath test. If he asksyou to get out of the car, close your door so he doesn't hop right in and start searching, and then just say "are you detaining us officer, are we free to go " since all you got was a ticket. Then secondly, when they were questioning that girl, she shouldn't have said anything, you dont have to say anything but your info, if the cop asks you if you have been drinking or smoking, just look at the ground. Then the cop will want to search your car, but just say no, then he will pressure you with dogs, then you just say "I do not consent to any searches without a search warrent" And he will most likley go away, and he wouldn't have even seen the burnt out tail light.

don't fucking drink and drive, it's for fucking retards. sorry but you get fucked over way to bad with a DUI first of all, but secondly if you kill someone you have to live with that.

the first story had nothing to do with pigs being assholes.

the second one does but doesn't sound true.

Hmmmm. It's stupid to drink and drive. I'm not trying to sound like a mom or a bitch or anything, but drinking and driving is putting a lot of other peoples lives in jepordy. Don't do it.
For the second story, I feel you. I HATE THE COPS. They can and will try to fuck you over for bullshit that you never did.

First one, I hate people that drink and drive its dumb, no wonder you went into a ditch. The second story though cops are always mad gay like that changing there reasons why they pulled you over. I wouldn't let a cop search anyways cause theyll tear your shit up, and some dogs can't smell burnt weed since its not the same as unsmoked weed, what they are trained for. A friend of mine had a dog in his car, nose 3 inches away from a half smoked blunt and the dog didn't notice.
